    Groups? Info? Empty Groups? Info?

    Okay guys, can you give me the basics on this group stuff? What is required to make one? Are there ranks (supposedly?) Can the "leaders" of the groups change these? Are there leaders in the groups? Can you limit who joins? Etc, etc, etc.

    I was thinking (before the update) that we could [maybe] make a group for everyone that uses this forum...?
